Well after about 7 weeks on the market, the house has finally sold. They didn't quite get what they wanted for it, but they got enough. A house inspection still needs to be done, but there's not too much to worry about there. Andrew and Mandy had one done before they bought the house and there were no major concerns... hardly even any minor ones, and most of those have been dealt with.

Mandy and Andrew are very relieved to have past the last hurdle to get back to Weyburn. They have a conditional offer on a wonderful bungalow in Weyburn in the area they wanted, and conditions should be removed on that in the coming week or two.

In the meantime, Andrew, bursting with excitement, couldn't wait to tell Mandy what her combined birthday and Anniversary gift will be. Andrew has been saving and planning for a while, and today finalized some of the plans. Mandy will be spending a week in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The resort is secluded and quiet, but a very quick drive to the hustle and bustle of San Lucas. The only downside is that Andrew will be tagging along.
