Hayden's Visit to Wascana

Hayden got to visit the Wascana Rehabilitation Clinic on Wednesday. The doctors were mildly concerned that he hadn't started walking yet. After talking to a social worker and a physical therapist, they learned that there's really nothing wrong. Hayden is more flexible than most kids, which makes it a little tougher to find that comfort zone when trying to stand. That along with some minor issues with how he turns his feet, its just made it a bit more difficult for him to learn how to stand and walk.

11 More Sleeps

Moving day is fast approaching for the family. July 16th is the day they take possession of the new place, and they'll be moving in that day as well. The movers are booked, as well as the alarm company, locksmith, water softener installers, utilities, and everything else they need. The new furniture they bought doesn't arrive until the 17th, so they'll spend one night in the new house on their old bed.

Andrew's New Toys

Andrew likes to be able to get and send information on their cell phone. He set up Weather Watchers to let him know about weather watches and warnings. Now he's added a phone book lookup to things his cell phone can do. Just sign up at http://phonebook.thekerrs.ca and you can too. You just need to be able to send and receive email messages from your phone. Talk to your service provider if you're not sure if you can.
